So, I've been actively trying to hydrate today. Bleh. The last few weeks I have been excessively thirsty, and suspect I haven't been drinking enough - particularly with all the extra sweatiness.
Guidelines say that a normal person, excercising daily, should drink 10, 8oz. glasses of water; 80 oz. of water. That, friends, is just under two and a half of my Nalgene bottle. It feels like half the ocean.
So far, I'm through one whole bottle, plus a 20oz bottle I got with lunch. That means I just need to finish the bottomless nalgene that I am currently working on. *sip*
Seriously, is it weird that hydrating is more difficult than this morning's run??
